I have run BF Goodrich for 20 plus years on F 150's always ran E rated 10 plys When they were hard to get ran the Toyo 10 plys Currently running I think they are 12 ply toyo on a F250- 88man

Oryx meat is or can be tough. Regardless, it sorta cooks like a piece of pork without the porky flavor. It will taste however you season it. I had a burger party with about 25 guests this summer with fresh ground cow elk and fresh ground oryx. I did add beef brisket fat to each prior to grinding...- 88man
