I've been on that road. It's paved but narrow. Looks like the truck may have missed a curve. Multiple articles don't say what the cause of the crash was. Too bad for the fish.

Pretty big deal to be getting kings up to Looking Glass, last year they found some kings in a small creek up in Elgin. Every little bit counts. It would be something to see them make it up the Grande Ronde past town.
