New trail camera rules

Just received e- mail from NDOW new rules went in effect 7/1/2018.

The rumor mill has that folks were using cell cameras and had so many out that they were able to sell coordinate info on animals, among other things.

Should be interesting, I'm for it, but I also own one trial camera....
