    You're not wrong... it's annoying as all get out. As a fellow getting oldish guy I've talked to those pilots on fires. They're pretty easy to find. Clean jumpsuit, smoking a Cuban, wheelbarrow to carry those gigantic brass balls... As they age those guys fly very early for a lot of reasons...

    That philosophy worked out for my buddy last year. Bought licenses and a few controlled hunt apps. Had just enough for 1 single superhunt combo ticket. Bought it thinking it was just a donation. Drew... Here we sit a year later. I'm sure he bought one this year.

    Anybody else getting a case of the decades of unsuccessfulls? I've put in for tags for 28 years in Idaho now and drawn 2... I've drawn more tags in a single other state as a non resident than my home. Deer, elk, antelope, swan, turkey... 75% odds in some cases. Year after year. No dice.
