I made a buttermilk pie last night. I was also trying to get a workout in (to offset the calories in the pie) and didn't hear the timer so I overcooked it. Not burnt but the custard separated. I'm going to feed it to the office and I bet they don't notice.

I scored a mini Thunder Berry and a mini Peach cobbler crumb pie.
The place was packed, like Pie Festival packed. A film crew packing up.

I slipped in & out without fanfare. Rio wants to know were the pie is.

Made some mini chocolate pies. The crust turned out like cookie dough and the chocolate broke up into pieces like chips. Good enough?
