Guess I haven’t seen the ones that say lead free. I have sealed and one you can take apart. Probably have 500 rounds through the sealed and 1500 or so through the one I take apart don’t seem much of an advantage or disadvantage to either. Both get soaked in CLR to clean them
For backcountry hunting I’d look for the shortest suppressor out of those three. I only have experience with the banish backcountry. Less to hang up on when walking in the dark. For me I go short because I use a kifaru gunbearer and long barrels get in the way of my headlamp
I won’t shoot anything that’s not suppressed anymore. Best firearm purchase I’ve ever made. Wish I had one when I started shooting 25 years ago. Would definitely be able to hear the kids and wife better
There was a time that the resident putting in for antelope was nearly a guarantee in region 7. Go to the bar after the antelope draw comes out now and your opinion will change. A lot of residents are very pissy when they don’t draw an antelope tag. A lot think you should be able to buy over...
If your die is bottomed out on your shelf holder my cheap ass would take a grinder to the top of my shell holder and grind it down a little to get that extra shoulder bump. I had to do that with a 7mm mashburn when I was using FL die to form brass
Have only used it up to 60 grains of powder and 156 grain bullet. Haven’t noticed a difference between the two at that level. 95+ grains of powder and 200+ grain bullet you might
Banish backcountry is rated for 300 rum. Not sure how much recoil or suppression you’d get on the rum with a 5” can though. One of these days I’ll try mine on a friends rum
@p_ham would know better than I but without looking at case dimensions I believe you have to set back to chamber 22-250 to creed to clean up the chamber as the 22-250 shoulder is farther forward than the creed case
