Wife’s mom and one of her sisters came over for dinner this evening. Did a whole beef tenderloin from one of my steers. Smoked at 180 for a couple hours then reverse seared came out perfect.
I've got one set of plate ribs from my last beef I'm hording for the 4th. Haven't found any in the store for a long while much less one at a good price. I agree my favorite.
