Can someone tell me what the deal is with the points for an Elk tag in Wyoming is all about. How long does it usually take to build up enough points to draw a tag. Do you buy, or can you buy, extra points? Are some areas easier to draw with less points? My uncle put in for an area close to the Big Horn Mtns for 3 or 4 years, and never got drawn. Thanks

If I remeber right max points for the 2008 draw should be 2
