WT “B” tag drawing date....

I have applied for a wt “B” tag in a zone near me. I recv’d. an $11.00 refund, this includes the elk “B” tag that I did not draw. Now, I am I missing something or does FWP draw wt “B” tags at a different date? This year seems to be different. MTG

FWP web site says week of July 15 drawing date for deer B tags. Same for elk B so not sure what the deal is.
