Vensison marinade - try it

Take your steaks, chops, filets, whatever and do the following;
* Dredge the cuts in dry mustard.
* Dredge a second time in garlic powder.
* Prepare a marinade of wine vinegar and olive oil salad dressing - or Italian salad dressing. and soak the cuts for at least an hour.
* Have some beverege of choice iced down and ready to go.
* Grill the cuts over an open flame. just medium rare for me.

Get ready for some good eating. I generaly have this with my son in law since the lady folk think they are eating Bambi and wont touch it. We just have some Good bread and butter like French or italian to go with it.
 
Sounds like a good one. I be it goes good with a couple cold mugs of cerveza.
