Venison Scotch (quail) eggs

Supper tonight: Scotch eggs using venison and quail eggs. I'd never had Scotch eggs before but definitely plan to make them again! French fries on the side and a Dutch doughnut recipe for dessert to round off our 'meal round the world' cooked by a Kiwi and eaten by Americans.
