NM is simple odds; all apps vs applicants. Straight off the dept spreadsheet.
UT is a 1 in x chance. Again right off the dept report.
WY is simply converting the demand report numbers to a %. 3 tags and 10 apps. I can figure that in my head.
I guess I'm getting a bit jaded with every tom/dick/harry trying to make a buck with no originality.
The states that need an actual odds report because of the complexity of the draw are NM, AZ, and UT. Other than an individual here and there, I believe GoHunt is the only place working on simulation of the draw process, with points for AZ and UT, to come up with data closest to actual. Do that and you'll have something to sell.
