After doing a little more tinkering the boredom is still there so the 26” barreled weatherby vanguard s2 257 weatherby is back on the market. I stuck it in a bell and Carlson stock and skim bedded. Has now been shot 75 times Gun comes with 51 pieces of brass, rcbs dies, Talley 1” low rings for $775 shipped or with vortex viper 4-12x40 for $1000
Gun loves h1000 under a 100 grain swift scirocco. IMR 7828 is a close second but I didn’t do a lot of playing with 7828

3700 fps?! I guess I forgot what a hot round that is. Looks like a good buy for sure!

Partial trades would be for a Remington 700 long action stainless magnum action

Buyer couldn’t find an ffl that would receive during the covid stuff so she’s back up for sale

I'd totally trade you a sweet antique toy. Remington Woodsman .308 circa 1960, she's got a little rust and the woods not great, and god knows don't try to take the things apart, way too many parts....

We got a deal?

lol

Everyone keeps asking why I’m selling it. I originally bought it for the wife but she liked the feel of the tikka better so that’s the route we went for her
