subsonic 223

I just bought a suppressor for my 223 and would like to try some subsonic rounds through it. If anyone has any recipes for these rounds or where I could find some info. that would be great!

There was some recipes on ar15 in the reloading forum. It was like 5 grs of bulls eye or somthing. There is some reloading data for the load on one of the powder manufactores websites as well. It is potentially dangerous as well though and why pistol powder is used. Since it doesnt completely fill the case detonation can occur. Be careful and do research before taking any 1 persons recipe.
