Due to an unprecedented drought in several states surrounding the Great Smoky Mountains we've had weeks of devastating wild fires mostly on public land, but with some on private. This is this morning's Incident Management Report which shows how many fires, the percentage of containment and also includes the crews who have come in from all over the country to help fight these fires and save our beautiful mountains.

I'd personally like to thank them all, especially the crews from Montana, Oregon and several other states as well as the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the overwhelming participation by the Native tribes from all over the country; thanks to you all.
