Spending weekends at home, means getting to use my Com200 more. Here are some pictures of what has been cooking, while I wait for the tag results for 2020.

Yes 50 square feet is overkill for almost everything.... just wanted to bless some friends and neighbors and found a way I can do that. I got 2 hogs done last month and have been making a lot of pulled pork and my wife has be making siopao for me to bring to the guys at work. last week a neighbor brought over a Turkey, 18 trout, 4 walleye and a salmon that he wanted smoked and I threw on some elk steaks, antelope back strap and a couple pork roasts. We did the trout 3 ways and the walleye 2 ways. This weekend was just some of my trout, a couple hams, roasts, a shank, no boil macaroni and cheese, chicken thighs, ribs and some fresh rolls.
It's the biggest Traeger on the market with after market rims and tires, because they send it with some stupid skinny tire I wouldn't trust it going across town with. Still want to change out the lights to LEDs and need to alter the finders one of these days when I make time.
