Rifle holder

I just bought a 2013 Chevy 2500 and am looking for some suggestions. My last truck had a big sky rack to haul my rifles around. I do not feel like getting another one, as I usually am packing around too many rifle...

So, here is the questions, does anyone have any suggestions for carrying rifles, preferably under the seat, and it has to be able to locked up(i.e. can't lay in the back of the truck). I don't really want the ones like Fin had hanging off the back of his seats as I have little curious children in the back seat quite often. Not that anything would happen, but I just want to protect them as much as possible. I am not opposed to building something either.

I have the DUHA under my seat in my Tundra and it has inserts so that you can put a rifle in there. Very nice but way overpriced. I paid around $200 for that piece of plastic.
