I can’t remember if this was eye of round or outside round. I knew the day I took the picture, but it’s been a few weeks. If you eat it while it’s hot, the fat is very similar to ribeye fat. Don’t let it cool off though!
Not really a recipe. Just showing the fat. I’ve seen some folks ask about weights and fat content at different times of year. Not only is the fat thick, but there appears to be a slight amount of marbling.
