Corned (whitetail) beef with cabbage/root veggies. Mrs kansasdad needed to cut the horseradish because I was using the real stuff.

10 lbs of crawfish tails showed up in the porch today, so… crawfish and shrimp étouffée is what’s for dinner. Paired with a Bordeaux since it seems so French.
