Gastro Gnome - Eat Better Wherever

Pink camo, #dadbodhunter, and a whole lotta stupid!

Ok, mid 90's at Fred's west of Missoula, little blonde in Daisy Duke's, danced to "God Bless Texas", think she paid her tuition easily.
Oh man.... Fred's sure is an interesting place. Spent some time and money there in the mid 2000s. I remember one girl was at least 7 months pregnant. The Fox club had some talent back then, don't know these days

Ok I’ll change the subject. Meat processing question. This is my first year processing my own meat because I never had the ability to cold storage before processing.

My antelope did this same thing.

I’m almost two weeks in and my tendies are starting to get a little bit of white furries. None of the other meat is.

Any one have any ideas why only the tendies would be getting it on both animals.

I don’t know of any gut contamination on either animal.IMG_5052.jpegIMG_5053.jpeg

That’s called mold. Shoulda ate them a week ago

Edit to add: I have no clue what I’m talking about.
Well obviously, I’m gonna cut it off with the shell and then freeze them. Just curious if anyone knows why the tendies would get it and not the other meat.
