I’ve had this camper for 12 years, it’s a 1996 Northland 990. Been a great camper, we have decided to upgrade, lol. A/C works great, grey/Black/Fresh tanks are all good. Hot water heater is cracked/needs replaced, about $700 to do yourself, and it’ll be tankless hot water on demand. All 4 electric jacks work great. Refrigerator is toast, but works great for a cooler with a couple frozen ice jugs. Definitely some cosmetic issues. We’ve used it 8 days this summer already. Asking 4K, comes with truck attachments and connecting chains. Located near Boise Idaho.
