Starting on my first elk hunt in NM. Have some spots to start scouting in mind. Any advise from folks w experience

Definately getting more comfortable with these distances. Shooting every other day. Only whitetails till now and never over 15 yards. This stretching the bow out has been a learning curve and fun

Lots of drinkers in 50, but they frequently get plugged up. Scout them, repair when plugged, and set up a blind. Be patient - there are elk there, you just have to locate the water.
