MT resident application date?

Setting around with little to do decided to attempt to apply for 2022 season in MT. Went online to MTFWP.gov, tried to start process to find could only purchase MT magazine. When can a resident start to apply for their 2022 permits? MTG

I am curious on the dates also.
Interested in how many changes went through.

March 1 would be my guess. Current license year ends 2-28
