I'm no expert and don't take my word for it, but I think those "pancake" 'shrooms are King Boletes -- a very good edible. I wouldn't eat that first red one though unless you're feeling very adventurous... Amanita Muscaria.

They are the Kings. My friend bag 20+lbs of them the next weekend in the same area.
