Seems like there are fewer hunt stories this year, but there have been some really good ones. This is one of those. Also, it’ll be interesting to see what your sleep read-out looks like after kids. There was a time mine looked like that every night,,,

Excuse me, could someone direct me to the color-coded spreadsheet/annotated map portion of this thread? Particularly interested in snow depth, temp, discomfort/agony, thrill of success and gustatory satisfaction correlations, chi square and standard deviation. TIA.
No kidding, I would also like to see a Regression analysis on the hours of sleep taken by a corgi based on the distance of the packout, the amount and type of lacroix consumed and the average radial distance the rear wheels of a minivan slide on a given angle.

thx, pls fix

Would’ve loved to have seen you load those llamas into that minivan.
I saw a minivan parked at a trailhead once when I was elk hunting. As I walked down the trail, I saw some odd tracks. A few miles in, I came upon the guy’s llama camp. He had three llamas that he hauled in the minivan.

@wllm1313, I enjoyed the story and photos. The first few photos looked like they came out of the Unlimited bighorn thread.

Man, that first spot...no way I'm looking at that and thinking, "there's prolly elk up there I should go check it out.",,,maybe that's why one reason I'm solidly in the "inept midwesterner" hunter rating.

Nice work and well told, as always.
