Kaycee, WY

Hello I'm new to the forum but looking for information on the Kaycee WY area.
I've got Unit 21 Antelope & Unit Y Mule Deer for this Oct, never been to WY so really looking for some local knowledge to point me in the right direction.
Ive hunted all over the West & Canada but never WY & super excited about my up comming hunt. Anyone willing to give me some pointers?

I was driving home to sheridan the other day and was just thinking that this would be a good area to hunt.

We had that tag (for antelope) last year. You are better off staying in Casper, much more to choose from in way of motels and restaurants. The drive to the southern end of the unit is about the same from Casper as it is from Kaycee.

We stayed in one of the cabins at the Kaycee campground last year. We were pretty self sufficient, but found everything we did need in town.

We hunted 113, but paid a trespass fee to access the public ground.

How did you do over in 113? The camp ground was full so we are staying at the county inn.

We had 3 hunters, tagged 3 bucks and 4 does in 24 hours.
