Bear mace at Costco is s great deal as well as storage bins and bulk food. Also a great deal on trekking poles and snow shoes at mineNow days hunting is getting to be a massive investment so people are often asking for info on gear that is on the cheaper side (me included). Just curious what hunting gear you guys have found that is a great bargain for the price? Whether it be guns, clothing, knives, packs, whatever. I'll start with something(albeit something kind of lame), the 3 pack of 550 lumen Duracell headlamps at Costco for $21. Are they top of the line? No. But they truthfully are not far off, and at $7/ piece I think they as amazing. What comes to mind for you guys?
14k off the lot, 268,000 miles 5 states and 10 hunting seasons and it's still getting me where I want to hunt.
I mean I'd rather have a FWD corolla than a RWD truck going over berthoud pass in a snow storm any day of the week.Hows that baby handle them mountain roads lol ? Main concern with a hunting car. Me and my buddy hauled 17 caracass coons once to the fur buyer in a Pontiac Bonneville.
Damn costco gets me everytime. Just once I would like to walk out of there with a bill under $100. But I just bought this brand of puffy jacket with 650 fill from Costco for $30. Limited use but impressed so farStretchy, comfy, wicking, light, cheap. All hunts 45° and above and most days of the week.
