Consisted of elk burgers that were about 80% elk and 20% beef steak trimmings. Mixed in some onion flakes, garlic and bbq sauce before smoking for awhile before finishing with a quick sear. And of course some fries to go with it that are just finishing their hot oil bath. Only about 200 pounds of 2019 elk to go then I can start on my moose from last fall as well lol
