I thought I was over the rookie pre-season excitement for my elk hunt this year. Then I had a friend ask me when my elk hunt was supposed to start. BOING!
Almost like coming home to the misses in the Victoria's Secret. Dang if I didn't start getting excited all over again.
Need to head to the range to let off a few shots so I can maintain it on the hunt.

The thing is, I am not a rookie elk hunter anymore. THis will be my 4th hunt. But, I guess I can handle getting this excited every year.
