Creepy album covers

The grocery store we shopped when I was a child had a record section, which I would peruse through from time to time. This album has lived rent free in my head since I was 4, anyone else have album covers that freaked you out?

Album, or for me, the cassette tape cover didn't creep me out, but their lyrics were a tad creepy.
