Cornbread Casserole

This kind of makes me think of the corn cake that comes with the meal in some Mexican Restaurants -

1 package Jiffy (or other brand) Corn Muffin Mix
1 can of corn (with juice)
1 can of creamed corn
2 eggs

Mix, pour or spread into a baking dish (2 qt or 9x9) and bake uncovered at 350 degrees until lightly browned - should still be semi-soft.

My mother-in-law must've eaten half of the pan herself! Everyone liked it, and argued over who was going to take the little bit of left-over home.

LOL.... that is funny. I didn't make for Easter dinner as we had the other night with the same people we dinner with both times.
but there was 2 17 year old girls there and they asked me if I made it and how do make that, they loved it.
