Had a nice little shoot for our duck opener.

Went with old faithful. Usually about week 3 or 4 of season I’m sick of these things and put the recipe away until next year.

I've been using them on shish kabobs lately. Whatever veggies u want marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, cracked black pepper. Marinate the duck breast cubes in A1, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle a little garlic salt on them before heading to the grill. Well worth a try.
