Hey all, I'm starting to plan a Brooks range caribou trip for 21 or more likely 22. I have a few areas and transporters picked out. I've talked with a few transporters already and have started a rough gameplan. Right now I'm looking at mainly 2 different areas, either flying out of Kotzibue and hunting the western herd or flying out of northeastern alaska and hunting the south side of the Brooks east of the haul road. I dont want to name anything specific on the public site here, so if anybody familiar with these hunts would pm me, I have some specific questions. I'm going to call the respective biologists this week as well and discuss with them as well. Thanks in advance all.

If I had the info, I’d gladly give it to ya!
Surely some user knows and can PM the OP.
I’m still waiting to go to Alaska for the first time!

Hopefully, you’ve received plenty of PMs

Also trying to get information on this. Planning way ahead since myself and a buddy are still active and don’t have time to do it due to training/deployments. From what I’ve read so far, Brooks Range Aviation is a highly respected and mostly used for a trip like this, but again I haven’t dug into that much yet.
