This makes me bummed, I’ve been looking for something similar to the Gun Bearer as well and don’t want to buy it from them..

It's obviously not totally apples to apples, but the Stone Glacier sling mount is pretty handy and I've enjoyed it on backpack hunts. Glad to see that I'm not the only one that refuses to buy Kifaru because of the people that run the place.

Work pretty well?

It does 95% of the time. And randomly slips off my shoulder. Maybe I’m not using it correctly but that 5% really irritates me.
