I was looking at the new $400 slider pin sights today and the QAD drop rests that are about that much too. Ended up with the $8 glue on, as the $20 fancy NAP plunger rest I ordered on Amazon doesn’t fit this old thing.

Those fancy sights are awkward and just require too much 'dinkin' around to shoot for me, so I am a back-to-basics bow shooter. It challenges one to become a better hunter and hunt much closer to take a reliable shot.

I was planning on continuing to use my 2011 bow but my wife suprised me and decided I was getting a new one. Shot this and the mathews phase 4 side by side for a half hour. It's been a very enjoyable experience getting it setup and tuned and shooting it etc. These new bows are so nice!
