Bear Asada tacos

Potato’s fried in the bear lard I made, with roasted green Chile’s and onion.

Bear haunch cut in strips and heavily spiced in asada seasoning and added chimayo ground chile’s.

I’ve been sitting on way more than enough Wisconsin bear points to draw for a long time now (14), but have never really thought eating a bear sounded very appetizing. Your pictures changed my mind, that looks really good!
