Another Onx lost data window - just prior to 8/5/21 affecting Mobile data

Does anyone have experience with Gohunt maps losing your data like this?

Onx - appreciate the banner message on your website (attached) about lost data for a time prior to 8/5 715am MT. But how about letting us know in advance that you are doing data migration or releasing software that is prone to causing this issue? I would not have spent so much time using your product during that window. Now, all that work lost forever it seems? (as I did log out of mobile before a sync occurred)

I suspect this is happening more often than any of us know. I have often blamed myself when I can't find something I swore I pinned/tracked.

I have never lost data with onX and added some before and after that date.

I use Basemap. Can't say it's perfect. But it's a lot cheaper, and I like the layout better. Also have had fewer issues with offline maps.
