I bought a Smith & Wesson 640 this spring to carry around in the woods with me. It’s a nice little pistol for northern Minnesota since we don’t have any grizzlies or Sasquatch. Apparently it’s going to stay brand new for a while since I can’t find any ammunition. Any idea when 38 special and .357 mag will be on the shelves?

Easier for me to find 10mm than .357. Had a stash of .357 though from last time. mtmuley

When you can find it, Buffalo Bore makes some good hard cast loads for woods use.
I have some of those. And some 190's for the 10. Gonna handload the new Hammer in my 10mm also. Friend of mine can load 10mm on his Dillion. Since I didn't have a 10 till recently, on the hunt for powder. Actually have primers. mtmuley
