Pac-Nor pre-fit barrels
I guess I worded that incorrectly. PAC Nor was the original send in your action and get a barrel or order a pre fit company like Preferred barrel blanks. I bought stuff from them seems like forever ago. Most companies only sold blanks, Hart and Shillen would rebate, but PAC Nor had the options. -

Compact rifle opinions
I love short rifles, with a suppressor. My main rifle is a 18” 30/06 rem 700 been worked over by a local guy with a #4 McGowen barrel.
