BHA congressional contact link for writing your Senators and Reps about the public land selloff.

Haha! You laugh but you know exactly where I'm coming from. It's like BHA trying to shut down motorized use on the flathead river. Thankfully that was stopped. It wasn't hurting anything and it's still not.

Since you asked, their is an organization I do somewhat support. It's called citizens for balanced use. They seem to take a more common sense approach to public land use.

Not afraid at all. I guarantee I hike more than most the BHA hippies during hunting season. But I also like to camp with my young family where ever I want and not just designated campgrounds, collect firewood. Drive old back roads that have been open for years. Pick shrooms, hucks and sheds...

Not sure what this has to do with Bullock and Testers failure to keep their promises. But I absolutely do not support transferring federal land into state. Although it sounds appealing, I don't trust the state. I know of a chunk that was sold within the last 5 years that actually really makes me...

My woes? Lol. Everyone who claims to be in favor of public lands and public access should have had the same "woes." Believe it or not I used to support BHA. Then they tried to shut down motorized boats on the flathead river. That's great they help open lands in other states. Kinda curious how...

You somehow missed my entire point. Try re reading what I said. As far as the history of that land we can get into that if you'd like.

Absolutely blame them. They had the governorship and a senator at the time. And we were force fed this propaganda that they were for protecting public lands and access from organizations like BHA. Well there's almost 1 million acres now sold off thanks to that. It's ok to point out hypocrisy...

Are you kidding me? Anti Federal land sediment? A non starter? What kind of bizarre statement is that? Do you even live in montana? Was it a non starter when fwp bought the spotted dog wildlife management area by Avon? Uh no. I think we all appreciated and benefited from that. And if we have to...

That land was broken up and sold multiple times and still probably is. The dirt bag liberal politicians that BHA supported didn't even slightly attempt to do anything. They could have tried to buy some or all of it with state and federal dollars. You want to talk about scoring brownie points...

Bullock and Tester could have tried to purchase some of it using state or federal dollars. Wasn't like it was sold 1 time. BHA didn't say or do a damn thing. And neither did the dirt bag politicians that BHA vehemently claimed to be supportive of public lands. 1 million acres of accessible land...

Wish they had done something like this when close to 1 million acres of timber company land was sold off in NW Montana, most of it to a billionaire. Instead they were too busy endorsing the democrat governor and senator that allowed it to happen.

Montana - Time to Shake it Up?

I'm not sure who those guys are. I've never seen a single hunt show or host be critical of fwp. They're usually talking them up. I think it's important to hold the folks that we fund, accountable. Some things they do are great. And other things are awful.

Yeah obviously, if he gives it. Otherwise you get his plate number and call your insurance. Take lots of pictures.

Montana - Time to Shake it Up?

I find it irritating we're all supposed to lay back and just accept that fwp knows best. I notice the hunting show guys especially like to push that narrative.

10th Circuit Corner Crossing Ruling: What does this mean for MT?

If 2 pieces of public land are touching, you should have access. Landowners don't own the air.

    Time to change FWP Director

Greg isn't great. But he's nowhere near as bad as Bullock. Dems in Montana need to take a good long look in the mirror, do some soul searching before they ever get elected in this state again. Maybe start with abandoning the weird woke stuff.

    Montana shed hunters Be advised.

Won't be long and they'll be requiring us to get a shed hunting license or a huckleberry picking permit.

    Boat ramp situation today

If you damage a person's vehicle, even if it's an accident, you should take responsibility and pay for it to be fixed. Even though he apologized, sounds like he tried to sleeze his way out of paying for it. Unless he was clueless to the damage? Either way I would have gotten his name or license...

Hey there I saw the post with your goat, congrats! I just drew that tag and I've never been up there. I plan to do some scouting trips. It sounds like there are goats up bridge lake and blue lake. So I'll start there. But I would definitely appreciate any info you or anyone else is willing to...
