Factory Ammo for .270 Win. with 1:10 barrel Twist
Any 270 factory load will work in 1-10 twist even if you have a shorter barrel / lower muzzle velocity. Some of the new really heavy 277 bullets for 6.8W require a faster twist but you won’t find those in 270 Win facory loads. Velocity has a minor impact on required twist. The length/weight...- Lou270

6.8 Western Accuracy Expectations Unrealistic?
