Can a dog be trained to smell?
I'm quite interested in doing this too. I've seen it on Dog Borstal where they were hiding a toy or treats under cones then letting the dog find it.- LQ9

Montana Mule Deer Raffle
there are alot of units in MT that require a permit issued in a special draw after you get your deer tag.Some parts of the state are open to mule deer hunting just check the regs for the area you want to hunt.Good Luck.HUNT -

Insulation discussion
We just had a insulation blown in about a ft thick and its working great so far. Hopefully we will get our 3 infrared tube heaters up soon then ill take pictures.- LQ9

Leupold scopes love or hate em?
Over many years of gun horse trading I've owned a few dozen Leupold scopes, many well used. Leupold has an excellent repair policy. Or so I hear, because I've never had to use it because none of the scopes ever had a problem. -

Wool hunting clothing
I like synthetic parkas myself, but I do use wool when busting through some vast blackberry undergrowth up here. SI is good, as is predator wool.- LQ9

Hip waders
I bought a cheap pair of booted Frog Toggs hip waders a few years ago. I think they were about $40 on Amazon. I don't use them often, but they developed a leak last year where the boots are attached to the wader. I turned them inside out and "painted" the leaky spots with Flex Seal, and they...- LQ9

Anyone use Aluma-Hyde II?
Ive used it on some AR mags and it has held up pretty well. They also have the Magpul FDE which is hard to find a paint that matches perfect.
