    DIY Leather Rifle Sling

    A little DIY project if your waiting on your next tag. Take a 1” strap, cut two (2) 3-1/2” slots, offset by 1/4”. Add a swivel, twist the loops and pass the pigtail through. I’ve done the butt end sewn, braided and no drill. It’s a fun little project.

    Made a Rifle/Pack Sling

    Here is a sling that we made for packing. It’s either a standard rifle sling that you can use traditionally, or it converts to a secure pack sling for hiking. I’ve been using it the last two seasons. It works great and is not an issue for me to grab my binos or rangefinder.

    Hello. Just signing up. Been snooping around off and on a few years. I mostly hunt whitetails at home, but try to do a trip west once a year. I have a few elk hunts under my belt, and an antelope hunt.
