I was not near as accurate with my Triax... and did't like the feel of the riser and grip. Possibly could have had something to do with how short it was as well. It was probably all personal preference. Luckily i sold my Triax and was able to get the VXR and 100% happy with that choice!
I had the triax and hated it more than any bow i had ever owned, then last season got the VXR, and i will NOT buy a new bow for several years, I'll be keeping my VXR for a very long time. It shoots so smooooooooth!
I went up in August of 2020 on the Dalton Highway and got it done! I am going back in a year or two for sure! I didn't kill the biggest one, but i was happy with it! The first few days were slow and i started to panic even though i had 3 days left of hunting, and of course the next day a HUGE...
That is awesome! i am really debating on trying my luck in AZ this fall! Getting out of Kansas in the middle of winter sounds like a great idea if i don't say so myself!
