Same here! Going to Unit 74 on Wednesday and first time hunting bear. Just excited to camp and disconnect for a week! Then going to Jimmy Buffett Concert at Red Rocks and the Texas A&M game. Going to be a good 2 weeks!- blaire458

Hey everyone! I am in the same boat and looking for some Hornady 162 grain ELDX for 7mm rem mag. I haven't gotten into loading my own ammo just yet. Have an Elk hunt coming up in October and I have had good luck shooting this bullet. Does anyone know where I can get a couple boxes? Thanks!- blaire458

Hey guys! I ended up getting drawn for first rifle unit 60 this year. Only to find out it is not the best unit for Elk early in the season. Do y'all know where the "little forest" is? You are getting me so excited :) What do you think is a respectable size to take being that it would be my first elk? So definitely want to get something but don't want to shoot something young and small just to fill my tag. -

Not sure which one the MSR is. That was my buddies. I think Hubba Hubba or something like that? The other one in that picture is mine (REI quarter dome 2 person). Wouldn’t recommend actually putting two people in there. But it was awesome for myself and being able to spread out all my gear...
