    Best (and Worst) Muzzleloading Bullet Experiences

    I’ve had pretty good accuracy with Barnes bullets shooting from a TC Impact. 78 grains by weight of blackhorn 209 and I use a Burris scope with ballistic reticles. I’m comfortable out to 200 with it but wouldn’t shoot past that.

    I can’t justify paying for Nevadas annual license to apply and build points. Odds are horrible for many many years. Occasionally I will apply for a few antelope and elk hunts in Nevada and skip buying the license. I don’t build points but at least I throw my name in the hat for cheap

    Plenty of states out west to hunt deer, elk, and antelope in with only a few points. Montana and Colorado are good places to start for elk/deer. Lots of options for cow elk in pretty much every state

    They can but have to buy the non resident hunting license. It took me 4 years to draw. 3 of those years I was active military so I was able to get resident prices on the hunting license.
