i still diasagree but im only wrong half the time...there will always be givers and takers..one reason i might feel this way is because ive never associated with the takers so i may not know their size...what do you think the majority should/could do to make things better?- bobbadbob

you got it...ranchers that dont claim damage are probably selling hunts...all ranches are different all ranchers are different...one case in point...stan kronke who owns or controls access to 550k acre q creek ranch...i hunted there with 11 points in 2015?...he owns ranches in montana, wyoming... -

i talked to larry hicks state rep from baggs when the 90/10 was first being talked about...im from nm and have hunted wy many times over the years...he told me he represented the people who elected him...he told me he has hunted in nm where our licenses are 84% to residents and an outfitter... -

life long resident of nm...cbad is a different town than any others in nm...i used to work there on the rail road...lowest elevation in the state..its hot in summer but nice in the winter...low guadalupes mountain on the west with a giant rim on the west side...used to be a ton of small mulies...- bobbadbob

Jicarilla and Mescalero Cow Hunts
hunted cow there 20 yrs ago so maybe this is irrelevant...my young guide hauled ass on icy highways till i put had to on my seat belt...see elk slam on the brakes and holler shoot shoot!! this happened twice, i finally knocked a running one down, got out to recover with him in the lead, she... -
Moon phase
here in eastern nm i started looking at the solunar tables...scouting mule deer on private where they are TOTALLY undisturbed i do notice more deer up and feeding when the tables said even in the middle of the day...but you cant schedule hunting trips or game seasons around it so its a moot... -

i learned a long time ago not to hunt with people you dont KNOW...i talk to guys that dont hunt because they dont have anybody to go with them, that tells me theyre not hunters...im 68 and have alot of friends but i would only spend days of wind ,snow ,rain and disappointment with 2 of... -

im not an authority on game meat but ive eaten a load of it so....nm oryx is first by a long shot followed by young white tail then moose or caribou then yearling elk...antelope is good if they havent been eating sage...50% pork shoulder sausage can fix about everything rutty and old...i killed...- bobbadbob

dont know your money situation...you can get a moose in the yukon for 28k...i went in 09 for 10.3k...out of 14 hunters i was the only one that didnt kill!. i did kill black bear and a record book caribou...if i had 28k id go with the same guy...name is widrig outfitters...greatest...- bobbadbob
