Thank you. I guess it is nice to get business from California. Just don't tell anyone in rural Oregon that you are moving in from "down south". They tend to be a little touchy on the subject. -

Are cheap tripods worth it?
I know that a good Tripod does make a difference. I also know that a good head is part of what makes a tripod system. What I do not know is if a tripod and head can be done in the $40-$50 range. Maybe the tripod only can, but I do not know. If you have other gear you are buying for this planned... -

Thanks all! Mostly been hunting since I was a kid. I was in elk camp at 3 months old, so you could say I have been around hunting my whole life. I mainly hunt elk the last 10 years. Just started Mule Deer pursuit again last year. Clackamas County. One of the great ones. :) -
