    Midsize Truck Thread

I am thinking about going the cap/drawer route due to the amount of stuff I have to haul around for work. Overall, I love my ranger but I think my next truck will be a full size. I bought the Ranger because I'm living in the city and parking a full size would be a nightmare in my neighborhood

    Midsize Truck Thread

How do you like having the cap on your ranger griz? I have a 2019 ranger with a hard folding tonneau cover on it right now but I am thinking of switching.

    Puppy pic. thread

This is our lab mix puppy Nash. We got him when he was almost 3 months and he’s almost 6 months now. I’ve already started training him to blood track deer and he is doing a kickass job. Excited to see what this season has in store.

    COVID HARDSHIP

I'd say it's more inconvenient than anything. I'm still technically working and getting a check but since elective procedures aren't really happening I've only had to go into hospital about once every two weeks. When this whole thing first started we were extremely busy because docs were trying...

    Decked... is it worth it?

I like decked because you can put locks on it and it is a little tougher than plywood but haven't ruled out the plywood option either.

    Decked... is it worth it?

Kicking around the idea of getting a decked system for my 2019 ranger. My truck bed is always full between work stuff and hunting or fishing gear. Does anybody have an experience with them? Thanks!

    Shelter-in-place cooking

Had a little venison Oso Bucco using Rinella's recipe last night. Two of the smaller shanks turned out magnificent with the tendons turning to meat jelly. The larger ones could have gone a little longer. Overall, pretty pleased for my first attempt at it.

    Molded Kennels

I'm thinking I'm gonna go with a large. The dogs mother is already complaining that he doesn't fit in the wire kennel we have for him now even though he does so I think this purchase will come sooner rather than later lol

    I dont get it

I also saw that they are going to continue to stock throughout the spring but will not release the schedule to the public. I think this will also be nice and will help keep the crowds down.

    I dont get it

I live in PA but hunt in MD. MD turkey opener is the same day as the PA trout opener this year. If I decide to fish it will be going to the mountains and trying to get away from the crowds. Maryland is allowing their hunting and fishing to continue because it is for sustenance. I think it should...

Wounded game recovery with blood tracking dogs

Has anyone had trouble getting their dog to eat beef liver? tried giving my pup a few pieces but he won't eat just plain liver. I've put a few small pieces mixed in his food which he'll eat.

    Shelter-in-place cooking

My mom makes them with beef chuck roasts but there is almost too much fat. I like it better with wild game because it is still juicy but you don't feel like you need to take a shower after you eat it.

    Shelter-in-place cooking

I have one of my favorite recipes in the crockpot right now. One deer roast (in this case its a big neck roast) one packet of McCormick aus ju seasoning, one packet of hidden valley ranch seasoning, a whole chopped onion, a bunch of pepperoncinis with a splash of the juice, and a whole stick of...
