    I hunted APR property near Malta fall of 2022. The land was in great condition, I saw lot's of game (including Buffalo), and the people managing the property were awesome to deal with. As a public land hunter what more could a guy ask for?

    5 miles past the closed gate on industrial forest land. Port Blakley Timber Company. This company welcomes e bikes. All situations are not the same. My e bike that I have to pedal sure is not causing any damage were logging trucks roll every day.

    Washington Blackie I was fortunate to bag this year. Hunted him for 5 days until he made a mistake. Shot him under this golden rainbow. One of those hunts you will always remember.

    That is a lot of the draw - and a lot of the issues too. The economy here just continues to amaze me really. In the Puget Sound region constant new construction pretty much my entire life. And that goes back to the sixties. But get out and explore a bit and you will find the "old" Washington.

    The state government might suck, but the state is not so bad. Easier to leave than attempting to make it better. There has been recent improvement in the commission members hopefully it continues next year.
